Abstract

The article is devoted to defining the content and concept of the rights and
legitimate interests of individual entrepreneurs as an object of administrative law.
The current state of legal guarantees for natural persons-entrepreneurs when they carry out economic activities in Ukraine is analyzed. The content of the
concept of rights and legitimate interests of natural persons-entrepreneurs as an
object of administrative law is analyzed. The importance of entrepreneurial
activity in the conditions of a full-scale war between Ukraine and Russia is
revealed.
