Abstract

Taking into account the fact that the investigation of criminal offenses related to raiding requires a comprehensive, technically supported approach, which consists in the use of modern means of technical and forensic support, the purpose of the article is to clarify the features of the technical and forensic support of the investigation of criminal offenses of this group. It is emphasized that in modern conditions, illegal encroachments on the sphere of economic relations are characterized by a high level of organization, complexity of schemes and active use of digital technologies. In this regard, the need to expand the arsenal of technical means, as well as to introduce effective algorithms for their application within the framework of criminal proceedings, is significantly increasing. It is noted that the proper provision of pre-trial investigation bodies consists not only in the use of photo and video recording equipment, but also in providing wide access to interdepartmental data banks, integration of information resources at the state level. It is proven that countering raiding involves the active implementation of modern technical means, digital technologies and the introduction of active use of software and computer software in pre-trial investigation.
