Abstract

The need for volunteering in Ukraine under martial law is revealed.
Characteristic features and directions of volunteer activity, as well as types and
criteria of volunteering are defined. The current state of the legal regulation of
volunteering in Ukraine was studied and the subjects of the authorities providing
administrative and legal support for volunteering were characterized. The
importance of the National Police of Ukraine in detecting offenses in volunteer
activities has been revealed.
