Abstract

This article is devoted to determining the state of transnational organized
crime in Ukraine "before" and "after" the full-scale invasion of the Russian
Federation on the territory of Ukraine, which took place on February 24, 2022.
The main areas of activity and features of the functioning of transnational
organized criminal groups are formulated. An analysis of the state of organized
crime in Ukraine and transnational organized crime during the war was carried
out. The dynamics of changes in transnational crime and Ukrainian organized
crime in the period 2022–2024 were studied. A brief description of the main
forms of criminal activity is provided, such as: human trafficking, illegal migration, illegal drug and arms trafficking.
