SUBJECT OF PROVISION OF PUBLIC SECURITY AND ORDER BY THE NATIONAL POLICE AT THE REGIONAL LEVEL

Abstract

The article emphasizes that the subject of ensuring public safety and order
by the police at the regional level can be determined not only at the level of
individual social relations, but also within the framework of holistic concepts that
are being implemented in the process of European integration into the daily
activities of police bodies and units.
It has been proven that the subject of ensuring public safety and order by the
police at the regional level is a holistic system of social relations, which includes established practices, police services, in the process of providing which the
nationalities, carriers of culture and traditions, features of educational, cultural and
scientific potential, unique industrial facilities are taken into account, the forces
and resources of the police are distributed in the process of daily performance of
tasks, the system of social relations related to public welfare in its broad sense, as
well as holistic concepts that are introduced in the process of European integration
into the daily activities of police bodies and units, in particular the concepts of
introducing the Scandinavian model of ensuring public safety and order during
mass events into the activities of police bodies and units, the concept of
Community policing.
