Abstract

The article deals with the issues and problems of deepening the
criminological understanding of the nature, state, peculiarities of determination
and counteraction to human trafficking in the conditions of war in Ukraine. The
concept of human trafficking is defined, the state of reproduction of ordinary
manifestations of human trafficking and the state of reproduction of crimes with
signs of human trafficking are characterized. The socio-economic, cultural and
psychological factors of human trafficking in Ukraine during the war are
identified. The political factors of human trafficking in wartime Ukraine are
identified, described and clarified.
