Abstract

The article is devoted to the study of a strategic approachto solving the problem of combating crime in the de-occupied territories of Ukraine. Based on the specification of general doctrinal provisions on the nature, content of criminological strategies to the results of the analysis of a typical criminologicalsituation in the de-occupied territories of Ukraine, a theoretical model of a stabilization-transitive strategy is proposed. As its main components, the following are distinguished:value-worldview, phase-target (with phases of stabilization and post-stabilization transit), transphase and functional. Within the latter, it is proposed to single out 16 main integrated directions for the deployment of criminal and preventive activities.
