is being built, an institutional structure of comprehensive combating corruption
in the sphere of activity of the judicial authorities is being formed, and the
implementation of administrative and other special anti-corruption instruments
by authorized entities is being organized. It has been noted that at the
international level, combating corruption in the judicial system is carried out:
firstly, through the approval and implementation of international anti-corruption
standards and principles enshrined in the concepts of international organizations;
secondly, the establishment of universal rules of labor activity and professional
ethics of representatives of the judicial authorities; thirdly, the organization and
implementation of international cooperation in the direction of building a
transparent justice system; fourthly, participation in the work of international,
independent organizations that assess the state of combating corruption in the
judicial authorities and correcting gaps, violations and other shortcomings
identified during monitoring.
It is argued that at the national level, the content of the phenomenon of
corruption is understood in terms of domestic legal, political, economic and social
realities. Actions that are considered corrupt, as well as mechanisms for their
prevention, prevention and termination, are given a legislative definition. In
addition, at this level, the state anti-corruption policy is formed, the system for
implementing the measures provided for by it is implemented, and guarantees of
the legal and independent work of the justice sector are declared.
