Main Article Content
Abstract
The article is dedicated to the study of preventing crime among military
personnel who have been involved in combat operations. Based on scientific
research by both foreign and domestic scholars, as well as statistical data, the
characteristics of military personnel as a separate social group have been
identified. It is proven that military personnel involved in combat operations have
unique behavioral characteristics that distinguish them as a separate social
subgroup within the general group of military personnel. It has been determined
that military personnel who have participated in combat operations have varying
degrees of risk of committing criminal offenses after demobilization, depending
on individual characteristics, including mental and physical health status.
