FORMS OF USING SPECIAL KNOWLEDGE DURING THE INVESTIGATION OF CRIMINAL OFFENSES RELATED TO THE USE OF EXPLOSIVE DEVICES

Abstract

Taking into account the realities in which the modern development of our
state takes place, the issue of ensuring an effective and impartial investigation of
criminal offenses, in particular those that are the most numerous among recorded
crimes and criminal misdemeanors, has been updated. These include criminal
offenses related to the use of explosive devices. Based on the textual analysis of
theoretical developments of Ukrainian scientists, the article emphasizes that such
an important component of practical activity in the investigation of criminal
offenses of the defined category as the use of special knowledge remains
understudied. Based on the study of investigative and judicial practice materials,
typical forms of special knowledge used during the investigation of criminal
offenses related to the use of explosive devices are determined, and the specifics
of their implementation are outlined.
