USE OF PHOTOGRAPHY AND VIDEO RECORDING DURING THE INVESTIGATION OF CRIMINAL OFFENSES RELATED TO RAIDING
Main Article Content
Abstract
Ensuring a quick, complete, and impartial investigation is to some extent
determined by the appropriate level of forensic support, one of the components of
which is technical forensic support. Despite the scientific development of this
problem, such components of technical and forensic support as features of
photography, sound recording, and video recording during the investigation of
criminal offenses related to raiding have not yet been covered in legal literature.
Taking into account the fact that combating raiding is one of the priority tasks of
many state bodies, the purpose of the article is defined as defining the features of
the use of investigative photography, sound, and video recording during
investigative (search) and procedural actions in criminal proceedings regarding
the investigation of raiding.
