ON THE ISSUE OF IMPROVING THE ADMINISTRATIVE AND LEGAL MECHANISM FOR ENSURING THE NATIONAL SECURITY OF THE STATE

Abstract

The article emphasizes that the structural elements of the administrative-
legal mechanism for ensuring the national security of the state include regulatory
and legal elements, institutional elements: the subject and object of ensuring
national security in Ukraine; organizational and functional elements. The
implementation of the areas proposed in the study to improve the administrative
and legal mechanism for ensuring the national security of the state will allow to
qualitatively improve the efficiency and effectiveness of interaction and
coordination between the subjects of ensuring the national security of the state,
which, in turn, will contribute to the comprehensive improvement of the relevant
sphere of public relations.
