PROSPECTIVE FORMS OF INTERACTION BETWEEN SUBJECTS OF SUPERVISION AND CONTROL IN THE MODERN STATE

Abstract

The article emphasizes that in order to effectively interact with the
European social, legal and cultural space, it is first necessary to improve the
interaction between domestic public authorities, the public and mass media in the
course of supervision and control.
It is noted that forms of interaction between the subjects of supervision and
control in the modern state mean a set of organizational and management tools
for the implementation of control and supervision activities.
Attention is focused on the fact that joint research activities are the first
such form. At the same time, the interaction in the scientific field of the subjects of
supervision and control should include both the improvement of regulatory and
legal support and organizational and management solutions, as well as technical
means, software and technologies for the application of artificial intelligence,
which can simplify the relevant interaction and increase its effectiveness.
It has been established that the next promising form of outlined interaction
in the modern state is the implementation of joint interagency supervision and
control in the sphere of circulation of cryptocurrencies by specially authorized
public authorities and the public. At the same time, the public can play an
important role in supervision and control in the field of cryptocurrency
circulation by implementing appropriate educational initiatives to increase the
financial literacy of the population.
It was determined that another promising form of interaction between
subjects of supervision and control in the modern state is the joint coverage of
information in the mass media, mutual communication with the virtual
community using the most popular social networks among the population.
It was emphasized that such a form of interaction between domestic
subjects of supervision and control is extremely important in the conditions of
martial law, such as the creation of scientific and technical, informational, security
and personnel conditions for the uninterrupted functioning of critical
infrastructure objects in Ukraine, determining the compliance of existing security
tools security by leading international and national standards and prospects for
their development in dynamically changing conditions of war.
