Abstract
The article emphasizes that the principles of the rule of law, legality,
equality, systematicity, high ethical and aesthetic culture, efficiency and planning
are among the general legal principles of police interaction with the public under
martial law.
It is noted that the system of special legal principles of police interaction
with the public under martial law includes the principles of taking into accountthe combat situation, the combat situation and the combat mode of functioning of
the police unit during the police interaction with the public under martial law, the
flexibility of the activities of police bodies and units, and the public under martial
law, constant communication and exchange of information between the police and
the public, compensatory nature, increased responsibility of the police under
martial law, broad consideration of the needs of internally displaced persons,
support of intellectual capital, educational and legal education work in the course
of police interaction with the public in conditions of martial law.
