Abstract

The article emphasizes that the principles of international cooperation in
the field of physical culture and sports express the most general and framework in
relation to all other bases, fundamental provisions, which in their totality and
interdependence are capable of expressing a unified vision of the international
community regarding the essence of physical culture and sports. their main
vocation, direction, tasks, forms, methods, directions of implementation and
prospects for improvement.
It is noted that the principles of international cooperation in the field of
physical culture and sports express the very vocation of sports as the basis of the
comprehensive development of the individual, and are also organically connected
at the global level with the Sustainable Development Goals of the United Nations
and the principles of the Olympic movement, being in close interdependence with
environmental and gender standards and inclusive practices.
Such principles of international cooperation in the field of physical culture
and sports as the principle of social conditioning of international cooperation in
the field of physical culture and sports and the determining influence on the lives
of people all over the world are singled out and thoroughly characterized; the
principle of international security and countering illegal activities in the course of international cooperation in the field of physical culture and sports; the principle
of broad autonomy of sports organizations in the course of international
cooperation in the field of physical culture and sports; the principle of democratic
accountability; the principle of widespread use of information technologies and
the principle of scientificity.
