CONCEPT AND MEANING OF INTERACTION BETWEEN TERRITORIAL OFFICES OF THE STATE BUREAU OF INVESTIGATIONS

Abstract
The article reveals the general theoretical content of the concept of
interaction from the point of view of sociology, philosophy, psychology,
management theory. The author's definition of the concept of interaction between
the territorial offices of the State Bureau of Investigation is proposed. Attention is
focused on the positive aspects that are ensured by the effectively and
qualitatively established interaction between the territorial administrations of the
DBR. It is argued that the interaction in terms of the presented issues represents a
joint, mutually coordinated activity of various territorial offices of the State
Bureau of Investigations, which is aimed at achieving the general goal of the
existence of the State Bureau of Investigations. Interaction includes the exchange
of information, the joint implementation of investigative activities, the
coordination of actions in the investigation of crimes, as well as the coordination
of resources and specialists to achieve common goals. Therefore, the specified
interaction is a key element in ensuring the effective functioning of the State
Bureau of Investigation. It contributes to optimization of investigations,
coordination of resources, exchange of information, improvement of professional
level of employees and strengthening of unity of actions. All this allows the SBI to
effectively perform its tasks and strengthen law and order in Ukraine.
It is substantiated that the interaction of the territorial offices of the State
Bureau of Investigation is important for: first, optimizing the investigation
processes of complex and multi-episode cases, which often cover several regions.
Joint efforts help to collect evidence faster, arrest suspects and carry out
necessary investigative actions; secondly, ensuring effective exchange of
information between regional units, which contributes to prompt response to
new challenges and threats; third, more efficient distribution and use of human,
financial and technical resources; fourthly, joint trainings, training and exchange
of experience between employees of different territorial offices contribute to the
improvement of the professional training of investigators and operational
employees.
