It is summarized that the simplified regime of regulation of labor relations
involves a special procedure of establishment. In its framework, the main
importance is the legal status of the parties, which limits the circle of persons who
can build social and labor relations of the appropriate format, as well as the
inviolable requirement of the voluntariness of their entry into such legal relations.
The legal registration of the simplified regime of regulation of labor relations
takes place with the help of an employment contract with regard to the content
and form of which additional requirements are put forward, and personnel
document circulation within the limits of the specified regime is simplified.
