ORGANIZATIONAL AND TACTICAL FEATURES OF PRESENTATION FOR RECOGNITION DURING THE INVESTIGATION OF CRIMINAL OFFENSES AGAINST MORALITY

Abstract

The article is devoted to the consideration of some aspects of the
investigation of criminal offenses against morality. The peculiarities of
presentation for identification in criminal proceedings of a certain category are
analyzed.
It is noted that presentation for identification is an important investigative
(search) action in any categories of criminal proceedings. After all, thanks to its
implementation, one of the main tasks of the investigation can be solved: whether
this person was really seen at the place of the commission of a criminal offense.
During the investigation of criminal offenses against morality, the indicated
procedural action does not lose its importance, since in many cases it is necessary
to present to the victim a suspect person or certain things that he could see during
the commission of the illegal act.
It was noted that based on the analysis of the materials of the judicial and
investigative practice of investigating criminal offenses against morality, it was
established that such objects were presented for identification, such as: suspects
