THE SUM OF CRIMINOLOGY IN THE VALUE PARADIGM: DIALOGICAL REPRESENTATION

Abstract

The article analyzes individual annotations of scientific articles and
monographs on criminology within the framework of the value component, which
made it possible to determine the priority/guideline of foreign criminology, by
which we will shape our own valuable path of Ukrainian criminology. On the basis
of detailed reflection within the framework of the value component,
considerations emerged as to which path Ukrainian criminology should follow.
Under modern conditions, criminology is an interdisciplinary science, but one
should not forget its important orientation and orientation, namely to serve
criminal law from the standpoint of describing the key topics of crime - the
identity of the criminal and the victim of crime. The derivation of the category of
value is possible thanks to such sciences as sociology, psychology, medicine,
philosophy. Their integration in the subject and tasks of criminology opens the
way to epistemological innovations.
