PLANNING AND ORGANIZATION INVESTIGATION OF CRIMINAL OFFENSES RELATED TO RAIDING

Abstract

The article clarifies the essence of planning and organizing the investigation of criminal offenses related to raiding. It was determined that these are
mandatory components of the activities of pre-trial investigation bodies in this
category of criminal offenses, taking into account the complexity of the
mechanism of criminal illegal activity, multi-episode nature, as well as the
prevalence of their perpetration by groups of persons, criminal gangs, etc. It was
established that the organization of a pre-trial investigation of criminal offenses
related to raiding is a complex intellectual activity, the implementation of which
involves not only representatives of individual investigative units or units of the
Economic security bureau of Ukraine but also employees of territorial offices,
because they are entrusted with the task of coordinating the activities of
territorial units, which are under their control. The meaningful components of
activities related to the organization of the investigation are characterized, and
the specifics of planning activities and the peculiarities of planning in criminal
offenses of the studied category are determined.
