CERTAIN ASPECTS OF POLICY IMPLEMENTATION IN THE SPHERE OF COMBATING CRIME IN THE CONDITIONS OF WAR

Abstract

The article is devoted to the study of the problems of policy formation and
implementation in the field of combating crime related to illegal drug trafficking
and looting. Especially important is the problem of crime prevention in the
conditions of the current Russian-Ukrainian war, which requires new approaches
and tactics. It has been proven that drug crime and looting in a broad
philosophical sense (as an extremely immoral, criminal activity aimed at
"enrichment on blood", the realization of selfish motives, taking advantage of the
tragedy of war) are those markers of dehumanization that manifest the depth of
moral decline and require an in-depth study of their determinants , review of
strategic and tactical priorities when deploying anti-criminal practices.
