REGULATORY AND LEGAL ENSURING THE CRIMINOLOGY ACTIVITY OF JUVENILE PREVENTION

Abstract

The article highlights certain issues of criminological activities of juvenile
prevention units, in particular, such aspects as prevention of children's
participation in armed conflicts, which involves preventive work with children
their families, as well as cooperation with educational and social institutions.
author examines the role of juvenile prevention units in ensuring the
evacuation of children from dangerous areas, which includes both organizational
logistical, as well as psychological measures. Particular attention is paid to the
protection of children's lives and ensuring the observance of their rights in
hostilities, which requires an integrated approach by law enforcement agencies,
NGOs and international partners.
The article emphasizes the need to develop and implement special
programs aimed at rehabilitating children affected by hostilities, as well as the
importance of creating a safe environment for their further development.
