Abstract
The article examines the tactics of interrogation in the criminal process,
focusing on the main stages of preparation, the meaning and features of various
types of interrogation. The concept of interrogation and its types are considered,
preparation for interrogation, which is a necessary condition for achieving its
effectiveness, is analyzed. Attention is paid to general tactical approaches to
questioning witnesses, victims, suspects and accused persons. Special emphasis is
placed on interrogation tactics in cases of detection of false testimony and
peculiarities of work with minors. The specific aspects of other types of
interrogation and the importance of properly recording the progress and results
of the process are described. The article emphasizes the importance of a
comprehensive and individualized approach to questioning as a means of
ensuring a full and objective investigation.
