THE CONCEPT OF AEROSPACE INDUSTRY IN UKRAINE

Abstract

The development of the aviation and aerospace industry in Ukraine and
other countries is increasingly accelerating. This is due to the next stage of the
scientific and technological revolution and the desire to explore outer space, the
development of international relations (in particular, economic and tourist), the
improvement of weapons systems, etc. The current regulation of relations in the
sphere of the functioning of the aerospace industry in Ukraine is one of the main
tasks, especially in the context of military aggression. The lack of a modern
understanding of the content of concepts in the sphere of the aeronautical
industry is the basis for conducting scientific developments of the conceptual
apparatus. The article proposes the author's understanding of the content and
essence of the concept of "aerospace industry", which will allow improving the
future and necessary process of updating the regulatory and legal framework in
this area.
