FEATURES OF THE ACTIVITIES OF THE MANAGEMENT BODIES OF THE NATIONAL GUARD OF UKRAINE WITH THE BEGINNING OF THE FULL-SCALE INVASION OF THE RUSSIAN FEDERATION INTO UKRAINE: ADMINISTRATIVE AND LEGAL ASPECT

Abstract

The article considers the issues of hierarchy and distribution of combat
missions in conditions of uncertainty of the situation and lack of proper
interaction in the order of use of subordinate formations and units of the National
Guard of Ukraine with the beginning of the full-scale invasion of the Russian
Federation into Ukraine. The administrative and legal status of the territorial
administration of the National Guard of Ukraine is considered as a systematized
set of military, law enforcement, special, administrative and economic, financial
and economic, social norms and competencies that regulate the activities and
determine the position of this military administration body, endowed with certain
dual-nature administrative functions in the structure of the security and defense
sector of Ukraine.
