CRIMINAL CLASSIFICATION OF INTENTIONAL MURDER COMMITTED WITH THE USE OF A FIREARMS UNDER MARTIAL LAW

Abstract

The scientific article proposes an information model of forensic
classification of intentional murders committed with the use of firearms under the
legal regime of martial law on the territory of Ukraine. It is noted that such an
acquisition is an intermediate link on the way to developing an effective
methodology for investigating the intentional murders under investigation. This
will positively affect the possibility of developing subspecies methods for
investigating intentional murders as a relevant and urgent request from the pre-
trial investigation bodies. To achieve the set goal, scientific works and regulatory
legal acts in the specified sphere of public life were analyzed in order to highlight
sound positions in terms of the principles and grounds for regulating criminal
offenses provided for in Article 115 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine. The
substantive content of the concept of «murder» is revealed through the prism of
criminal law and forensic science.
