Abstract

The article summarizes the current challenges facing humanity at the level
of civil, economic and labor relations and is inextricably linked to the formation of
a new epidemiological situation and security environment in the context of the
COVID-19 pandemic, as well as innovative activity in view of the achievements of
scientific and technological progress. The impact of the new digital reality on the
modern labor market was studied, which led to the emergence of new forms of
employment alongside standard labor relations. It was emphasized that the use of
new technologies by enterprises, institutions and organizations, on the one hand,
exacerbated the problem of unemployment, and on the other - allowed to earn
money through alternative types of employment (freelance, crowd-employment).
It is noted that transformational processes are taking place in the field of
commercial law in the context of digitalization, which leads to the further
development of the Internet of Things and the emergence of smart contracts.
Attention is drawn to the fact that in civil legal relations under such conditions,
the list of objects of civil rights, digital technological platforms, new types of
digital services, and subjects of civil law is significantly expanding.
