THE ESSENCE OF LEGAL SUPPORT FOR ENTREPRENEURIAL ACTIVITIES IN THE AGRICULTURAL SECTOR

Abstract
The article is devoted to the theoretical and legal analysis of legal support
for entrepreneurial activity in the agricultural sector and the study of its essence.
Special attention is paid to the main risks of conducting entrepreneurial activity in
the agricultural sector. The article proposes a definition of the concept of
"entrepreneurial activity in the agricultural sector", and the features of such
activity are studied. The thesis is argued that the features of entrepreneurial activity in the agricultural sector are due to the specifics of climatic and natural
conditions, seasonality, high capital intensity, the specifics of land relations and
dependence on state support. It is emphasized that the successful development of
entrepreneurial activity in the agricultural sector primarily requires effective risk
management, investments, an innovative approach to solving basic tasks and
high-quality legal support. The main forms of legal support for entrepreneurial
activity in the agricultural sector are studied. It is substantiated that in the legal
market, in addition to the legal work of lawyers on the staff of enterprises, legal
support of activities is also proposed to be carried out in the forms of legal
consulting and legal outsourcing. Legal consulting and legal outsourcing are
characterized as forms of providing legal support for entrepreneurial activity in
the agricultural sector, their common and distinctive features are outlined. The
article provides the author's definition of the concept of "legal support for
entrepreneurial activity in the agricultural sector".
