LIMITS OF INTERACTION BETWEEN INTERNAL SECURITY UNITS OF THE NATIONAL POLICE WITH OTHER ENTITIES OF ANTI-CORRUPTION ACTION
Main Article Content
Abstract
The article determines that the boundaries of interaction between the
internal security units of the National Police and other anti-corruption entities
should be considered as a system of institutional, organizational, legal, moral and
ethical, ideological, digital, communication, and crisis factors proclaimed at the
regulatory level (objectively existing) and embodied in the available possibilities
for their implementation, which form the framework of expediency and
effectiveness during the joint activities of the internal security units of the
National Police with other anti-corruption entities.
The institutional boundaries of interaction between the internal security
units of the National Police and other anti-corruption entities are considered. In
the interaction of the internal security units of the National Police with other anti-
corruption entities, institutional boundaries ensure its implementation in an
organic relationship between various departments, structural units, and establish
clear mechanisms for coordinating any management decision made in this area.
Attention is drawn to the legal boundaries of interaction between internal
security units of the National Police and other subjects of anti-corruption. Legal
boundaries are formed at the level of regulatory legal acts, determining the
features of the legal status of both internal security units of the National Police
and other subjects of anti-corruption.
It is proved that the moral and ethical boundaries of interaction between
internal security units of the National Police and other subjects of anti-corruption
are of no less importance. After all, it is not the system of indicators that forms the
basis for determining the effectiveness of the activities of internal security units of
the National Police, but the level of public trust. Given the specifics of these units,
trust in the context of their activities also includes trust in them by employees of
bodies and units of the National Police.
