THE DIRECTIONS OF INTERACTION BETWEEN INTERNAL SECURITY UNITS OF THE NATIONAL POLICE WITH OTHER ENTITIES IN COUNTERING CORRUPTION
Main Article Content
Abstract
The article emphasizes that the areas of interaction between the internal
security units of the National Police and other entities combating corruption
include the prevention of corruption crime. It is argued that it is quite dangerous
from the point of view of achieving sustainable results to reduce the entire diversity
of anti-corruption activities to certain practices repeated every year, in particular
in the field of electronic declaration. For the sustainable development of this area of
activity, each declaration campaign should provide for constant analytical activity of
entities combating corruption, including the internal security units of the National
Police.
It is emphasized that the second area of interaction between the internal
security units of the National Police and other entities combating corruption is
conducting anti-corruption expertise, including public, of regulatory legal acts
(their drafts).
It is argued that another area of interaction between the internal security
units of the National Police and other entities involved in combating corruption is
communication activities, including at the level of strategic communications. In the
process of interaction between the internal security units of the National Police
and other entities involved in combating corruption, strategic communications are
reduced to the formation of a holistic information space, preventing the influence
of hostile artificially formed narratives on the process of covering information
about anti-corruption activities.
It is noted that within the framework of interaction between the internal
security units of the National Police and other entities involved in combating
corruption, another important area is the use of digital transformation during the
fight against corruption, which should include not only the creation of new
registers and information systems, but also work with the population that objectively does not have access to digital resources, including in de-occupied
territories and in settlements located in close proximity to the zone of hostilities.
