Abstract

The article is devoted to the scientific analysis of draft laws proposing amendments and additions to the Criminal Code of Ukraine on issues of criminal responsibility for the illegal (forcible) movement of persons in the context of the armed conflict in Ukraine. Taking into account the provisions of international criminal and humanitarian law, the practice of international ad hoc courts, as well as the domestic doctrine of criminal law, conclusions were made, critical judgments were expressed regarding individual provisions of draft laws, and author proposals were formed in the form of alternative draft laws on criminal liability.
