The article explores the tactical features of conducting suspect
interrogation during the pre-trial investigation of criminal offenses related to
domestic violence. It analyzes the impact of the suspect's procedural position, the
nature of their relationship with the victim, and psychological factors on the
choice of tactical techniques that may be used during interrogation. The article
examines the specifics of interrogation tactics depending on the investigative
situation and substantiates the relevance of using psychologically balanced
communication techniques to increase the evidentiary value of testimony,
particularly in terms of obtaining objective information.
