The article emphasizes that ensuring legality in the sphere of
entrepreneurial activity is a complex and multifaceted process that covers a wide
range of social relations, in which the private interests of business and the public
interests of the state and society are closely intertwined. The directions of
ensuring legality in the sphere of entrepreneurial activity are determined both by
the system of regulatory and legal regulation, law enforcement practice, control
and supervision and preventive measures, and by the development of self-
regulation mechanisms, digitalization and international integration. It is proven
that the directions of ensuring legality in the sphere of entrepreneurial activity
reflect a set of basic forms and means by which proper legal order is achieved in
this sphere. Separate directions include regulatory and legal support; law
enforcement activities; control and supervision activities; the direction of
information and educational provision of legality in entrepreneurship.
It has been established that the institutional dimension of ensuring legality
is implemented through the activities of the judiciary, prosecutor's office,
antimonopoly structures, business ombudsman, regulatory services and public
associations of entrepreneurs, which form a multi-level system of protection of
the rights and interests of business entities. An important role is also played by
state programs and strategies, public-private partnerships, e-governance,
alternative forms of dispute resolution and international cooperation, which
translate the abstract principles of the rule of law into a practical plane.
